Chief Uchenna Emmanuel Nwosu, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of OMEGA Group Of Companies, a multinational conglomerate is a dual citizen of Nigeria and the United State Of America. He was born in Ubachime II in Awommamma of Imo State to the family of Chief & Chief (Mrs.) Nwosu. A native of Ubachime II in the Oru East Local Government Area of Imo State, he started his educational pursuit at Pioneer Primary School in Awommamma and thereafter, proceeded to Ubogwu Secondary School, Awommamma, where he obtained his West African School Certificate (WASC). His quest to attain a high level of academic excellence and leadership in advocacy led him to the Georgia State University in Atlanta, U.S.A, where he obtained a degree in Business Administration. He began his professional career with an Automobile Company as a Sales Agent where he distinguished himself and rose to become the Head of Operations. With the zeal of entrepreneurship burning in him, he left the company in 2000 to become an Independent Car dealer in the Berger Axis of Lagos State which will later grow to become the now big conglomerate, OMEGA Group of Companies, a business interest with diverse investments in Maritime, Security, Transportation, Aviation, Haulage, Logistics, Oil & Gas and Hospitality, among others. From a little beginning, the company, which started as an Automobile Sales agency in Lagos, Nigeria, currently operates across the world with a presence in the United States, South Africa, and China, among others. Some of the Group’s subsidiaries include Omega International Surveillance and Security services, Omega Na USA International Logistics Company, Omega Transportation Company, Omega Na USA Ventures, Uche Omega Charity Foundation. With about two decades of rich entrepreneurial experience, Chief Uchenna Emmanuel Nwosu, through the dint of hard work, foresight, resilience, vision, and knack for excellence, has emerged not only as one of the leading business icons in Nigeria but also reckoned with across the world. Princess Victoria F. Kumolu, Senior Expert Consultant/Security Adviser of Omega International Surveillance and Security Services, has the overall responsibility for Surveillance and Security Subsidiary of the Group. She also oversee the Money Exchange unit. A Higher Diploma graduate of Public Administration from the Chartered Institute Of Public Administration, Ebute-Metta, Lagos State. She began her career in the Maritime Industry of the Country with a Clearing Agency as a trainee and rose to become a Clearing Manager before She was later commissioned into the then Nigerian Prisons Services as a Junior Officer in November 28, 1989 which is now known as the Nigerian Correctional Services where she rose to the rank of a Senior Officer as a Deputy Superintendent of the Nigerian Correctional Service. Victoria has over 33years of extensive experience in Surveillance, Security, Crime Investigation, Public Administration and Project Management.

Mrs. Precious Chinyere Nwosu is the Executive Director, OMEGA Transportation Company, a member of OMEGA Group Of Companies. Precious, a Seasoned Business Administrator was born in Anguldi - Zawan in Plateau State where She attended her Primary and Secondary Education in Salama Kiddies School and Beatrice Memorial Academy respectively, both in Anguldi - Zawan in Plateau State. Having started Managing many of her Husbands' Businesses at a very Young age, she have grown to become an Astute Business Manager which core strength in Local and International Transportation. She is currently undergoing her first degree programme in a University in Imo State in Business Administration just like her Husband. She have attended several Management courses both Locally and Internationally on Business Management. Her tutelage and professional experience spanned various tested maritime and aviation companies like Omega Na USA international Logistics, Omega Na USA Ventures, among so many others.

An astute Administrative expert with over Eleven years’ experience in the Maritime, Oil & Gas, Engineering and Security services industry and principally in Shipping and Security, is the Group Head, Human Resources and Administration of OMEGA Group Of Companies. In this role, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership and managing the entire Human Resources and Administration of the Group. Prior to joining OMEGA Group, he was an officer in the Human Resources & Administration Department of SIFAX Group where he was later redeployed to Sifax Oil & Gas subsidiary in Port Harcourt as the Coordinator of the HR/Administrative affairs of all staff of the Subsidiary. He later moved on to Legal Recess LP, a consultancy and Law Firm in Abuja where he had a brief stint as the Head of Operations. He later moved to Angelic Solutions Spot, an American Shipping Company where he had responsibility for Sales as well as all Enterprise Support and Governance functions covering Finance & Strategy, Audit & Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, HR, Investor Relations, Legal & Company Secretariat, Corporate Communications & Branding and General Administration. Before joining Angelic Solutions Spot, he had worked at Nigerian Ports Authority and Nnabuen Ltd. in various capacities. He holds a Higher National Diploma Certificates in Marine Engineering and Shipping Management and Logistics from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Iron, Akwa Ibom State, and Certified Institute of Shipping of Nigeria, Lagos respectively where he graduated from both Institutions in a star style. He is currently undergoing a Post Graduate Programme in Human Resources Management. Mr. Johnpaul is an Associate Member of the Certified Institute of Shipping of Nigeria. Oluchi, Omega Group Executive Director, Finance/Cooperate Affairs, has the overall responsibility for the Finance department of the Group. She also oversees the Cooperate Affairs department of the Group. A graduate of Political Science from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. She began her career in the Finance Industry of the Country with a Mortgage Bank in Owerri as a Trainee where she rose to become a Finance Manager before joining Omega Group in 2019 as a Treasury Manager before her recent appointment as the Executive Director of Finance of the Company and also the Group Head of the Cooperate Affairs department of the company in 2021. Oluchi has over 7 years of extensive experience in Finance and Treasury Management.

She is the current Oldest Staff of Omega Group as she began her career with the company in 2007 as a Supervisor of the Charity Arm of the Group where She later rose to the Executive Director/Coordinator of the Unit. Chinyere has over 15 years working experience in Human Management and Cooperate Arms Giving. She is Married with Children.

Mr. Eyah holder’s a bachelor of Law (LL.B (Hons) Degree from Ahmadu Bello University and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Currently a student of Management in Business Administration (MBA) He is a full time Litigator and corporate practice specialist for almost a decade. As Legal Adviser, he has over the years played major roles in starting and developing various businesses and organisation. He advises companies on security matters and personnel orientation. Mr. Eyah has vast experience in Advocacy, Commercial and Property Law, Oil and Gas Law, Maritime, Labour Law, Trademark and Copyrights Law as well as Arbitration and Legal Drafting. He has acquired practical experience in criminal litigation practices from the lower courts to the supreme Court, notable among such matters is the Oil Subsidy. He is an astute commercial and legal negotiator as well as a team player. He has attended several trainings/seminars both home and abroad. He is a Content Creator, script writer and screen actor. Mr. Eyah is a people person and very detailed.
